It includes front and rear mixing drum brackets, a reducer, hydraulic transmission, feeding and discharging systems, and an intuitive operating mechanism. The assembly is structured with dual types of chassis, complemented by a hydraulic system, frame, mixing tank, and other essential components. The mixer's front end integrates with a reducer and mounts securely to the frame, while the rear end is stabilized by two supporting wheels on the frame's back stage, ensuring smooth operation.

Upon reaching the desired location, the concrete can be effortlessly discharged.
Under standard conditions, the concrete within the tank truck remains in a workable state, preventing solidification!
This is achieved by maintaining a consistent low-speed rotation of the mixing tank, regardless of whether the vehicle is moving or stationary, as long as concrete is present.
During transit, the drum's speed is regulated between 4 to 8 revolutions per minute.
The benefits of continuous rotation are manifold: it prevents segregation, maintains slump, and enhances uniformity, ensuring superior concrete quality!

All the machines will be tested well before delivered, so almost of them can be used directly, also our machine are easy to be installed, if you customer needs our assistance, we will be pleased to arrange the installation, but all the cost will be be
