HZS series is a new kind of compulsory volumetric concrete batching plant. It includes JS concrete mixer, PLD concrete matching machine, cement silo, conveying system and control system, accumulative system and weighing system.And also has the efficiency mixing well, high productivity can get 50m3/h ,60m3/h,75m3/h,90m3/h ,120m3/h and more high capacity as you needed.

1. **Aggregate feeding**: The storage silo feeds the belt conveyor through a vibrating feeder, and the belt scale measures and then feeds it into the waiting hopper;
2. **Powder transportation**: The cement silo is transported to the metering hopper through a screw conveyor + pneumatic conveyor, and then weighed by an electronic scale and then fed into the mixing host;
3. **Liquid metering**: Water and additives are injected into the host according to the ratio through a flow meter and a pump body;
4. **Mixing**: Double-shaft forced mixing for 60-90 seconds to form uniform concrete;
5. **Unloading production**: Hydraulic door opens to unload to the mixer truck, and the control system records data and starts the next batch cycle.
