*Cement silo.The 180 concrete mixing plant is mainly composed of the following parts:
Mixing Main Machine
- Usually, forced double-horizontal shaft mixers such as the JS3000 type are adopted. They have the characteristics of high mixing efficiency and good mixing quality, and can fully and evenly mix various materials. The general discharge volume is 3 cubic meters.
Batching System
- Commonly, the PLD4800 type batching machine with 4 to 6 bins is used. It can accurately batch different specifications of aggregates, with a batching capacity of up to 240 cubic meters or 4800 liters. According to the requirements of the concrete mix proportion, it can accurately supply aggregates to the mixing main machine.
Conveying System
- Aggregate Conveying: Belt conveyors are usually adopted, which have the advantages of large conveying capacity, long conveying distance, and stable operation. They can convey the aggregates batched by the batching machine to the feeding port above the mixing main machine.
- Powder Material Conveying: Screw conveyors are generally used to convey powder materials such as cement and fly ash from the powder material silos to the mixing main machine, which can achieve quantitative and uniform conveying.
Metering System
- Aggregate Metering: Aggregates are metered by equipment such as electronic scales with high precision to ensure that the dosage of aggregates meets the requirements of the concrete mix proportion.
- Powder Material Metering: Special powder material metering scales are used to accurately meter powder materials such as cement and fly ash.
- Water Metering: High-precision water metering devices are equipped to accurately supply water according to the set water consumption.
- Admixture Metering: There are special admixture metering devices that can precisely control the dosage of admixtures to meet the performance requirements of concrete.
Control System
- Generally, advanced industrial control computers and automated control systems are adopted, which can realize the whole-process automated control of the mixing plant, including the batching, conveying, mixing, and discharging of materials. It can also conduct real-time monitoring and recording of production data, which is convenient for production management and quality traceability.
Powder Material Storage System
- It is composed of multiple powder material silos, which are used to store powder materials such as cement and fly ash. Generally, steel silos are used, which have the characteristics of large storage capacity, good airtightness, and corrosion resistance.
Auxiliary System
- Pneumatic System: It provides power for the pneumatic components of equipment such as the batching machine and the mixer to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
- Waterway System: It includes water pumps, water pipes, water tanks, etc., which provide clean water sources for concrete mixing and can also clean the equipment.
- Admixture Storage and Supply System: It is used to store and supply admixtures to ensure that admixtures can be accurately added to the concrete.
