Product Description

Concrete batching plant is a joint device used for centralized mixing of concrete, also known as concrete prefabrication field.
Due to its high degree of mechanization and automation, its productivity is also high, and it can ensure the quality of concrete and save cement.
It is often used in large and medium-sized water conservancy, power, bridge and other projects with large concrete engineering volume, long construction period and concentrated construction site.

With the development of municipal construction, the mixing station that adopts centralized mixing and provides commercial concrete has great advantages, so it has been rapidly developed, and has created conditions for promoting concrete pumping construction and realizing the joint operation of mixing, conveying and pouring machinery.

Product Details

1. **Raw material storage system**: Includes aggregate bins (for storing sand and gravel), powder tanks (for storing cement, fly ash, etc.), water tanks, and admixture tanks, which are used to reserve various raw materials needed for production.  
2. **Batching and metering system**: Accurately weighs aggregates, powders, water, and admixtures according to the mix proportion through metering devices to ensure the accuracy of material usage.  
3. **Mixing system**: With a forced mixer as the core, it mixes the weighed materials into uniform concrete.  
4. **Material conveying system**: Uses belt conveyors to transport aggregates, screw conveyors to transport powders, and pipeline pumps to transport liquids, realizing the transfer of materials between various links.  
5. **Control system**: Controls the entire production process through computers and PLC, realizing automatic batching, mixing and other operations. 
6. **Auxiliary facilities**: Including dust removal equipment (to reduce dust), air compressors (to provide pneumatic power), car washing devices, etc., to ensure smooth production, environmental protection and safety.

Concrete mixing station is mainly composed of five systems
including mixing host,
material weighing system,
material conveying system,
material storage system
and control system, a
nd other ancillary facilities.

The main principle of work is to use cement as the binder, mix and mix raw materials such as sand, gravel, lime, and coal slag, and finally make concrete, which is put into construction and production as wall material. Since it was put into use, the concrete mixing station has always played an important role in my country's construction and building materials industry. Of course, this is also determined by the superior characteristics of the concrete mixing station itself.

 The working principle of a concrete mixing plant is to mix raw materials such as sand, gravel, cement, water, and admixtures in proportion through an automated process to finally produce uniform and qualified concrete. The core process can be divided into the following steps:

1. **Raw material storage and transportation**  
   Aggregates (sand and gravel) are stored in aggregate bins and transported to the batching machine via belt conveyors or elevators; powdered materials such as cement and fly ash are stored in sealed powder tanks and delivered to the weighing hopper by screw conveyors; water and admixtures are stored in water tanks and admixture tanks respectively, and transported to their respective metering devices through pipeline pumps.
2. **Precise batching and metering**  
   The control system, according to the preset concrete mix proportion, instructs the batching machine to perform rough and fine batching of aggregates. At the same time, powders, water, and admixtures are accurately weighed through their respective weighing hoppers (with errors controlled within industry standards) to ensure the accurate proportion of each raw material.
3. **Mixing and blending**  
   All the metered raw materials enter the forced mixer in sequence. The mixing shaft in the mixer drives the blades to rotate at high speed, and through forced actions such as shearing and flipping, the aggregates, powders, and liquids are fully mixed to form uniform concrete (the mixing time is adjusted according to the concrete type, generally 30-90 seconds).
4. **Discharging and cleaning**  
   After mixing, the concrete is discharged into the transport tank truck through the discharge port of the mixer; at the same time, the system automatically starts the cleaning device to rinse the mixer, weighing hopper and other components to prevent residual materials from solidifying and causing blockages.
5. **Automated control**  
   The entire process is coordinated by a PLC control system. Parameters are set and the process is monitored through a touch screen or computer, which can realize functions such as automatic batching, mixing, and fault alarm. Some high-end equipment also supports remote monitoring and data traceability, improving production efficiency and stability.
In short, the core of the mixing plant is to convert scattered raw materials into standardized concrete through the coherent process of "**material storage → metering → mixing → discharging**", which is both efficient and accurate in proportioning.
