Features of the straightening system:
1.It consists of two sets of horizontal and vertical automatically adjustable straightening wheels, combined with 4 traction wheels, driven by imported servo motors to ensure that the straightening of the steel bar reaches the best accuracy.
2.Bending and shearing mechanism: driven by imported servo motors, the bending arm can rotate and retract at high speed, and the shearing mechanism completes the shearing action at high speed to ensure the bending accuracy of the steel bar.
3.Control system: The machine adopts a mature foreign control system with high reliability. The control system has fault identification and alarm functions.
4.It can design ancient and modern and contour graphics of any shape within 60 bending angles, and can store more than thousands of different product shapes, and has a storage graphic library for multi-variety mass production.
