The stabilized soil mixing plant is a collection of machinery and equipment for producing stabilized soil. The following is a detailed introduction to it:
Main Components
- Batching and Feeding System: It is composed of a distributing hopper, a speed-regulating variable-frequency metering belt conveyor, a belt conveyor, etc. It can provide various aggregates for production according to the set proportion.
- Cement Feeding System: It includes a cement silo (cement hopper), a speed-regulating variable-frequency metering impeller feeder, and a screw electronic scale conveyor, which are responsible for storing and conveying powders such as cement.
- Automatic Water Supply System: Generally, it consists of a pressure tank, a submersible pump, pipelines, a pressure reducing valve, a water flow meter, and a water sprayer, which precisely controls the amount of water required for mixing.
- Mixing System: It is usually composed of a motor reducer, a twin-shaft continuous mixer, etc., which can evenly mix various raw materials.
- Storage Bin Device System: It includes a double-discharge storage bin, an inclined belt conveyor, and an air compressor, which are used for storing and transporting the finished stabilized soil.
- Electrical System: It is composed of components such as an operation control cabinet and an operation room, realizing the control and operation of the entire mixing plant.
- Metering and Control System: It often adopts advanced electronic sensors and variable-frequency speed-regulating technology, controlled by a Programmable Computer Controller (PCC), and has two control forms: manual and fully automatic.
Working Principle
According to the requirements of the project, the aggregates are loaded into each hopper by a loader. After opening the hopper gate, the aggregates fall onto the belt of the belt scale. Each belt scale automatically and continuously weighs and conveys the required aggregates in a fixed quantity, and they are sent to the mixing device by a horizontal belt conveyor. The powder materials are sent from the powder bin to the screw electronic scale through a screw conveyor, and after being automatically and continuously weighed according to the set value, they are sent to the mixing device. The water for mixing is sent from the water pump to the spray head of the water feeder through an adjusting valve and pipelines, and is evenly sprayed inside the mixing device. The materials entering the mixer, under the action of the screw blades on the mixing shaft, generate extrusion, friction, shearing, convection, etc., so as to be evenly mixed and pushed towards the discharge port. Finally, they fall onto the inclined belt conveyor from the discharge port and are transported to the storage bin.
Application Fields
The stabilized soil mixing plant can produce base materials such as cement-stabilized gravel, lime-soil stabilized base materials, and compactable concrete. It is widely used in the construction of stabilized soil for infrastructure projects such as high-grade highways, urban roads, railways, airports, docks, sports fields, and water conservancy projects.
