Structural Composition
- Batching System: Usually composed of aggregate bins, batching scales, etc. The aggregate bins are used to store aggregates such as sand and gravel of different specifications, and the batching scales can accurately measure the dosage of various aggregates according to the set mix ratio.
- Mixing System: It is the core part, mainly composed of a mixer. Commonly used ones are forced mixers, which can fully and evenly mix cement, aggregates, water, etc., to form cement stabilized soil mixtures.

Working Principle
The stabilized soil mixing plant batches raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and water according to a certain proportion based on the mix ratio, and then sends the materials into the mixer through conveying equipment for thorough mixing. During the mixing process, the cement undergoes a hydration reaction with water to generate a gel, which cements the aggregate particles together to form a cement-stabilized soil mixture with certain strength and stability. The mixed well mixture is transported to the storage bin or directly loaded into the transport vehicle and sent to the construction site for paving and compaction.
