Working Principle
There are mainly two types: the fixed-axis type and the fixed-pan type. In the fixed-axis type, the shaft only rotates without revolving, and the mixing is achieved by the rotation of the turntable. In the fixed-pan type, the pan remains stationary, and the mixing is realized by the revolution and rotation of the vertical shaft driving the mixer. The mixing arms and mixing blades of the mixer are fixed on the driven disk and the planet carrier. The blades connected to the planet carrier only revolve for scraping materials, while the blades connected to the driven disk both rotate and revolve for mixing.

- Mixing System: There are standard mixing and differential-speed mixing forms. The mixing arms are streamlined, often designed with wear-resistant protective sleeves, and the scraper blades are of enhanced type to eliminate mixing dead - corners.
