Concrete mixing plant is a complete set of equipment for centralized mixing of concrete, mainly composed of **raw material storage system, batching system, mixing system, conveying system, control system, finished product storage and transportation system** and other parts. The structures of different types of mixing stations (such as forced, drum, mobile, and fixed) are slightly different, but the core composition logic is similar. The following are its main components and functions:

### **1. Raw material storage system**
It is used to store various raw materials required for concrete production, and is divided into different storage units according to the characteristics of the materials:
1. **Aggregate silo (sand and gravel silo)**
- **Structure**: Most of them are silos with steel or concrete structures, divided into 2-4 independent silos (for storing gravel and sand of different particle sizes), with a feed port on the top, and a tilted bottom and a vibrator installed (to prevent material agglomeration and blockage).

- **Additive tank**: Store liquid additives such as water reducer and retarder, mostly plastic or stainless steel tanks, with stirring device to prevent sedimentation.

### **II. Batching system**
Accurately measuring raw materials according to the concrete mix ratio is the key link to ensure the quality of concrete:
1. **Aggregate batching**
- **Measuring device**: An electronic belt scale or batching scale (weighing sensor + belt conveyor) is installed under each aggregate bin to automatically weigh sand and gravel according to the set weight.
- **Unloading method**: After weighing, the aggregate is transported to the mixing main unit through a belt conveyor or hopper.

2. **Powder batching**
- **Measuring device**: The screw conveyor transports the powder from the powder bin to the metering scale, and the powder is measured by a loss-in-weight scale or a spiral electronic scale (accuracy ±1%).
- **Conveying method**: The measured powder is sent to the mixing main unit through a screw conveyor or an air chute.

3. **Liquid batching**
- **Water metering**: Accurately measure by an electromagnetic flowmeter or a weighing metering water tank, and inject it into the mixing main unit through a water pump pipeline.
- **Additive metering**: Small stations use volumetric metering pumps, and large stations use weighing metering tanks to inject into the mixing host in proportion.

### **Three, mixing system**
The core component is responsible for mixing the measured raw materials into uniform concrete. It is divided into:
**Mixer**
- **Forced mixer**:
- Structure: horizontal axis or vertical axis, with mixing arms and linings in the mixing drum, and the blades forcibly shear the material, suitable for mixing dry hard, high-strength concrete (such as C40-C80).
- Type: twin-shaft mixer (most widely used), single-shaft mixer, planetary mixer, etc.

Connect various components to realize the transmission of raw materials and finished concrete:
1. **Aggregate conveying**
- **Belt conveyor**: inclined or horizontal conveying of sand and gravel, stable speed, large conveying capacity, often used in fixed mixing stations.
- **Bucket elevator**: vertically transport aggregates, occupying a small space, suitable for mobile mixing stations or scenes with limited space.

2. **Powder transportation**

- **Operation interface**: touch screen or industrial computer, support manual/automatic mode switching, real-time display of production data (such as batching weight, mixing time, cumulative output).

2. **Metering and sensor**
- Weighing sensor: installed on batching scale, powder metering tank, water metering tank, real-time feedback of material weight.
- Position sensor: monitor the operating status of belt conveyor and material door to prevent material jamming or overload.

3. **Data management and traceability**
- Store production formula and historical data (such as raw material usage and mixing time of each batch of concrete), support report printing and quality traceability.

### **Six, finished product storage and transportation system**
1. **Storage silo**
- Temporary storage of mixed concrete, the capacity is designed according to the transportation rhythm (such as 5-20 cubic meters), with a stirring device to prevent concrete segregation.
2. **Concrete mixer**
