Structural Composition
- Storage Hopper: It is used to store aggregates such as sand and gravel. Generally, it can be designed in different forms such as two bins, three bins, or four bins according to requirements, which can meet the needs of different batching types.
- Weighing System: The core components include the weighing hopper, suspension device, weighing sensor, and batching controller, etc. It can accurately weigh the materials to ensure the batching accuracy.
- Feeding System: It usually consists of a feeding device and a belt conveyor. Under the action of the control system, the materials in the storage hopper are conveyed to the weighing hopper.
- Electrical Control System: It is composed of a batching controller and a strong electrical circuit. It can control the weighing, display, and operation of the entire batching machine and complete the automatic batching process.
Working Principle
- Feeding: After the operator inputs the preset batching formula into the electrical control system, the gate of the storage hopper opens. Aggregates such as sand and gravel fall onto the belt conveyor through the feeding device, and the belt conveyor conveys the materials to the weighing hopper.
- Weighing: When the materials enter the weighing hopper, the weighing sensor will measure the weight of the materials in real time and transmit the signal to the batching controller. When the materials in the weighing hopper reach the set weight, the batching controller will send a signal to close the corresponding feeding device.
- Batching Completion: After weighing all the materials, the batching machine will unload the materials in the weighing hopper according to the set program and convey them to the concrete mixer for mixing.
