#### **1. Aggregate batching system**

- Structure: Steel or concrete storage silo, divided into 2-4 independent silos (storing gravel and sand of different particle sizes), bottom inclination angle ≥55°, and installed with vibrator or arch breaking device to prevent material agglomeration and blockage.
- Capacity: Small batching machine single silo capacity is 5-10 cubic meters, large equipment can reach 20-50 cubic meters, suitable for 30-200 cubic meters per hour production capacity requirements.
- **Feeding device**:
- Belt conveyor: driven by variable frequency motor to adjust feeding speed (commonly used).
- Electromagnetic vibrating feeder: suitable for small-particle aggregates, and the discharge amount is controlled by vibration frequency.
- **Measuring device**:

- **Independent metering**:
- Each aggregate bin is equipped with an independent metering scale, which can weigh multiple materials at the same time, with high efficiency (batching time is shortened by 30%-50%), suitable for large and medium-sized mixing plants (capacity ≥ 90 cubic meters/hour).

#### **2. Classification by mobility**
- **Fixed batching machine**:
