Structural Composition: It is mainly composed of the mixing system, transmission system, discharging system, water supply system, and electrical control system, etc. The mixing system includes the mixing drum, mixing shaft, mixing blades, etc., which can strongly mix the materials. The transmission system is usually composed of components such as the motor, speed reducer, and coupling, providing power for the mixing. - Working Principle: The motor drives the speed reducer, which in turn drives the mixing shaft to rotate. The blades on the mixing shaft forcibly mix materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and water inside the mixing drum. The small gap between the mixing blades and the wall of the mixing drum can generate strong shearing, squeezing, and turning actions, enabling the materials to be evenly mixed in a short time and forming high-quality concrete or other mixtures.

Mixing System
- Mixing Drum: As a container for holding materials to be mixed, it generally has a cylindrical structure with a smooth interior, which can provide sufficient mixing space for the materials.
- Mixing Shaft: Usually located at the center of the mixing drum, it is a key component connecting the mixing motor and the mixing blades. Driven by the motor, it drives the mixing blades to rotate to achieve the mixing function.
- Mixing Blades: Installed on the mixing shaft, their shapes and angles are specially designed. When rotating, they can exert strong shearing, squeezing, and turning actions on the materials, making the materials evenly mixed.
Transmission System
- Motor: It provides the power source for the mixer, converting electrical energy into mechanical energy and outputting rotational power.
- Speed Reducer: Connecting the motor and the mixing shaft, it reduces the rotational speed output by the motor through methods such as gear transmission, and at the same time increases the torque, enabling the mixing shaft to drive the mixing blades to mix the materials with an appropriate rotational speed and force.
- Coupling: It is used to connect the motor, the speed reducer, and the mixing shaft, playing the roles of transmitting torque, compensating for axis deviation, and buffering and shock absorption, ensuring the smooth transmission of power.
Discharging System
- Discharge Door: Located at the bottom or side of the mixing drum, it is controlled to open and close by pneumatic, electric, or manual methods, etc., to achieve the discharging operation of the materials.
- Discharge Driving Device: It provides power for the opening and closing of the discharge door, such as air cylinders, electric push rods, etc., ensuring the smooth and controllable discharging process.
Water Supply System
- Water Tank: It is used to store the water required for mixing. Usually, it has a certain capacity to meet the water demand for continuous mixing operations.
- Water Pump: It pumps out the water in the water tank and transports it into the mixing drum through pipelines, accurately supplying water according to the set water volume.
- Pipelines and Spray Heads: Connecting the water pump and the mixing drum, they evenly spray the water onto the materials in the mixing drum to ensure that the water and the materials are fully mixed.
Electrical Control System
- Electrical Control Cabinet: Integrating various control components and circuits, it is the control center of the mixer. Operators can use it to control the start, stop, mixing speed, discharging, and other operations of the mixer.
