Structural Composition

Working Principle
- By using the rotation of the drum to drive the internal blades or paddles to rotate, the materials are continuously tumbled and mixed inside the drum. Under the action of gravity and the blades, materials with different densities and particle sizes form complex movement trajectories inside the drum, thus achieving uniform mixing.
Types
- Self-falling Drum Mixer: It stirs by relying on the self-gravity of the materials falling. It is suitable for mixing plastic and semi-plastic concrete, etc.
- Forced Drum Mixer: It forces the materials to be mixed through the blades. The mixing action is strong, and it is suitable for mixing dry-hard concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, etc.
