Product Description

Crusher, also known as stone crusher, is a crushing machine used in the processing of metal and non-metallic ores. It can crush the mined raw ore into small particles by squeezing and bending.

Spring Cone Crusher

It is the earliest type of cone crusher, and is an advanced crusher with high power, large crushing ratio and high productivity. It is suitable for fine and ultra-fine crushing of hard rocks, ores, slag, refractory materials, etc. There are two main types of spring cone crushers: PY series spring cone crusher and CS series high-efficiency spring cone crusher. This machine is mainly composed of frame, transmission, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, adjustment device, adjustment sleeve, spring and hydraulic station for adjusting the discharge port. When the crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the horizontal shaft and a pair of bevel gears. The axis of the crushing cone performs a swivel motion under the force of the eccentric sleeve, so that the surface of the crushing wall sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the surface of the mortar wall, so that the ore is constantly squeezed and bent in the crushing chamber and crushed.

Since the main shaft of the crusher is stationary and the eccentric sleeve transmits the crushing force, the structure can withstand a large crushing force and is very suitable for fine and ultra-fine crushing, because the crushing force of ultra-fine crushing is very large.
It is expected that the product particle size (for ultra-fine crushing liner) can reach 50-80% when open circuit (depending on the nature of the material).
This crusher is suitable for the third or fourth stage crushing of metal mine concentrators; it is suitable for building materials or non-metallic mines and civil engineering. Especially in areas where the natural sand required for civil engineering is in short supply.
