Product Description

The Houston client needs to mix 50 tons of concrete per hour and has chosen our JS1000 integrated equipment. The equipment includes the JS1000 mixer, two bins, a PLD1600 batching machine, control panel, cement scale, water scale, additive scale, and a fully automated control system. The batching bin framework is made of 200# national standard I-beam steel, with a steel plate thickness of 4mm. The 650mm wide, reinforced conveyor belt has a material discharge system consisting of a pneumatic door and a belt discharge.
The client has their own cement silo, so the shipment was completed with just one 40-foot container, making it very convenient and cost-effective.
