Vertical axis planetary concrete mixer is a high-performance concrete mixing equipment. #### **1. Working principle**
- **Planetary motion mixing**: The mixing shaft (vertical shaft) drives the mixing arm to **revolve** (rotate around the center of the mixing drum), and the mixing blades on the mixing arm **rotate**, forming a composite motion trajectory similar to the movement of the planet.
- **Forced mixing**: The gap between the mixing blade and the inner wall of the mixing drum is extremely small (usually ≤5mm). Through the triple effects of "shear + convection + diffusion", the materials (cement, sand, gravel, water, admixtures, etc.) are evenly mixed in a short time.

- **Transmission system**: driven by gear box or cycloidal pinwheel reducer, with stable transmission ratio and high load resistance.
- **Mixing drum**: round drum, the inner wall is lined with wear-resistant lining (such as manganese steel, ceramic), and the bottom is equipped with a discharge door (pneumatic or electric control).
- **Control system**: PLC intelligent control, supporting automatic metering, stirring time setting, fault alarm and other functions.
