The mobile tire-mounted concrete mixing plant is mainly composed of the following parts:
 
Feeding System
- Loader: It is used to load raw materials such as sand and gravel into the batching machine's hopper. It has the characteristics of flexible operation and high loading efficiency.
- Batching Machine: Usually, it has multiple hoppers and can accurately batch aggregates such as sand and gravel of different specifications. It uses an electronic scale for measurement to ensure batching accuracy.
 
Mixing System
- Mixer: It is the core component. Commonly used ones are forced mixers, which can fully and evenly mix the concrete raw materials to ensure the quality of the concrete.

Conveying System
- Belt Conveyor: It conveys the batched aggregates from the batching machine into the mixer. It has the advantages of large conveying capacity and long conveying distance.
- Screw Conveyor: It is mainly used to convey powders such as cement, transporting the powders from the powder silo to the mixer or the measuring device.
 
Powder Storage System
- Cement Silo: It is used to store cement. Generally, there are different capacity specifications. A dust collector is installed on the top of the silo to prevent dust pollution.
- Fly Ash Silo: It stores auxiliary cementitious materials such as fly ash, and its structure and function are similar to those of the cement silo.
 
Control System
