Components
- Mixing Main Unit: Usually, a twin - shaft compulsory mixing main unit is adopted. It has strong mixing force and high efficiency, and can quickly and uniformly mix various types of concrete, including dry - hard and plastic concrete.
- Material Weighing System: It includes aggregate weighing, powder material weighing, and liquid material weighing units. High - precision sensors and weighing instruments are used to accurately control the feeding amount of various materials, ensuring high weighing accuracy.
- Material Conveying System: Aggregates are generally conveyed by high - angle belt conveyors, which have the characteristics of large conveying capacity and high speed.
