Product Description

 

The truck is equipped with a cylindrical mixing drum to carry the mixed concrete. The mixing drum is always rotated during transportation to ensure that the concrete to be conveyed does not solidify. After transporting the concrete, the inside of the mixing drum is usually washed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from taking up space.
Working principle:The power of the car chassis is taken out by the force taking device, and the variable pump of the hydraulic system is driven, and the mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy to be transmitted to the quantitative motor, and the motor drives the speed reducer, and the stirring device drives the stirring device to stir the concrete.
The surface welding adopt manipulator double welding enables the strength structure and long service life.
Unique design of agitator inclined angle with the whole drum make the lower and stable center of gravity, this makes the driving more steady and discharging more smooth, and gains better traffic ability.

Working Principle
- Self-falling Mixing Principle: Most drum mixers are of the self-falling type, and arc-shaped blades are welded on the inner wall of the mixing drum. When the mixing drum rotates around the horizontal axis, the blades lift the materials to a certain height. The materials freely fall due to gravity and interpenetrate, turn over, and mix with other materials in the drum, thus achieving uniform mixing.
- Forced Mixing Principle: Some new-type drum mixers adopt the forced mixing method. Forced mixing devices such as mixing arms and mixing blades are installed in the drum. Through the rotation of the mixing arms and blades, forced shearing, squeezing, and mixing forces are applied to the materials, enabling the materials to achieve uniform mixing in a relatively short time.

- Advantages: It has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and has a low maintenance cost. It is suitable for mixing plastic and semi-plastic concretes and has strong adaptability to the particle size of aggregates. The self-falling drum mixer has relatively low energy consumption.
- Disadvantages: The mixing efficiency is relatively low, and the mixing time is relatively long. For dry-hard concretes, etc., its mixing uniformity is not as good as that of the forced mixer. It has a relatively large volume and is not very flexible to move.
