HZS series is a new kind of compulsory volumetric concrete mixing equipment. It includes JS concrete mixer, PLD batching machine, cement silo, conveying system and control system, accumulative system, and weighing system. And also has the efficiency mixing well, high productivity can get 50m3/h,60m3/h,75m3/h,90m3/h,120m3/h, and more high capacity as needed.

Its unique control room makes all operations highly automated, flexible, convenient, and stable.

Inclined Belt Type

1. Working principle The belts are connected into a closed loop and tightened with a tensioning device. Driven by the motor, the friction between the conveyor belt and the drive roller makes the conveyor belt run continuously, so as to
achieve the purpose of transporting aggregates from the loading end to the unloading end.

2. Features The advantages of belt conveying are large conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate; the tensioning device makes the conveyor belt have sufficient tension to ensure that the friction between the conveyor belt and the drive roller prevents the conveyor belt from slipping, and at the same time can adjust the impact of the change in the length of the conveyor belt; the machine cover mainly plays a role in dust and rain protection.

Lifting Bucket

1. Working principle The bucket elevator uses a brake winch and is pulled through a pulley block and wire rope to achieve the purpose of lifting the bucket. In large and medium-sized mixing plants, double wire rope transmission is often used; in small mixing plants, most of them directly use a suspended single rope transmission or a single rope transmission guided by a movable pulley installed on the bucket.
